- Combine ingredients (minus berries and oil) and mix until dough comes together.
- Add oil and continue mixing until smooth dough forms.
- Add frozen blueberries and mix roughly for 1 min until combined.
- Proof until almost double.
- Divide into 5 portions and roll in tight balls.
- Rest for 15 min.
- Shape into bagels.
- Proof until double.
- Boil pot of water with 1 tbsp malted barley syrup.
- Boil each bagel for 10-20 seconds on both sides.
- Drain bagels and place on parchment paper.
- Bake at 410 °F for 15-20 min.
