- Combine all but oil.
- Mix til combined.
- Add oil.
- Mix 30 min total.
- Divide into dough balls.
- Rest balls 15 min.
- Bake 375 - 450 °F, 20-60 sec, making steel.
- Allow to cool to 85 °F before packaging.

- 110 g for ≈13.5 in tortilla.
- 1 min at 400 °F.
