Process #

  1. Boil beef until cooked.
  2. Drain beef; set aside.
  3. Combine, whisk dry ingredients and small amount of cold water (enough dissolve sugar, salt).
  4. Combine beef and slurry in pan.
  5. Heat, stirring until thickened slightly.
