- 1.Mix the eggs with the flax seed oil.
- 2.Dissolve the milk powder into the stock.
- 3.In a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix the wet ingredients into the sifted dry until well combined.
- 4.Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
- 5.Roll to ½-inch thick, cut with a dog bone cookie cutter, and brush with egg wash before baking.
- 6.Bake at 300°F (149°C) until golden brown and completely dry throughout.
- 7.Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
