  1. 1.Place the chocolate, peanuts, honey, and salt in a bowl large enough to accommodate the entire recipe and set aside.
  2. 2.In a saucepan, boil the sugar and water. Add the glucose and cook to a deep amber caramel.
  3. 3.Deglaze with the cream and emulsify until smooth.
  4. 4.Pour the caramel over the chocolate mixture and emulsify until combined.
  5. 5.Pour the warm filling into blind baked tart shells and allow to cool and set at room temperature.
