- 1.In a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar.
- 2.Alternately add the puree and sifted dry ingredients, scraping down the bowl as necessary.
- 3.Chill before use.
- 4.Using a template, spread thinly on a silicone baking mat.
- 5.Bake at 300°F (149°C).
- 6.Shape as desired and store in airtight containers.
