- 1.Melt the butter in a saucepan. Whisk the sugar and corn syrup into the melted butter and bring to a boil.
- 2.Whisk in the sifted dry ingredients and bring back to a boil.
- 3.Chill before use.
- 4.Roll into desired sized balls and place on a silicone baking mat. Lightly flatten each ball with the palm of your hand.
- 5.Bake at 350°F (177°C).
- 6.Shape as desired and store in airtight containers.
