  1. 1.Whisk together the eggs and milk and keep cold.
  2. 2.In a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, mix together the dry ingredients and butter until the butter is ¼-inch, or "pea sized."
  3. 3.Add the liquid and mix until the dough is shaggy, but holds together when pressed between two fingers.
  4. 4.Turn the dough out on to a lightly floured work surface. Gently shape into desired sized rounds.
  5. 5.Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, preferably overnight.
